“This stay was as expected. Despite a recent renovation, their television is unable to cast to your phone to stream or have any WiFi connection. The room only had one dresser drawer and it was small. The tile was cracked on the bathroom floor and tub. Our sheets had small stains. There was a weird sound like a cricket when we slept and couldn’t figure out the source. The shower also made a weird noise equivalent to a cow bell. Mini fridge and microwave could have been cleaned better. They...

“First, I like the staff and they are always friendly, the inn is always neat and clean, and they always meet my needs. There’s nothing I didn’t like except the noise during the night and I did inform the front desk staff and they were apologetic. Otherwise, I had a great stay and looking forward to next year.”

“when we were told that we had to pay for basic internet or had to be a convoy member, that really surprised us. on top of that, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. with this being the summer time and it being humid, the bathroom was always damp after a shower. there was also a homeless person sitting by the pool access door when we came back to the hotel. this made us feel a little unsafe.”

“The property was very nice, the rooftop bar was a nice vibe, you recieve two free drink tokens at checkin to use at the bar. The room was nice as well. My only issue was at checkin; when I entered the hotel I wasn’t greeted by any of the staff. I wasn’t aware that checkin was near the bar so I proceeded to a near by desk that I assumed was checkin since no one greeted me at the bar. “First room , they gave us smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though this is a one hundred percent smoke free hotel. The lady at the front counter was very nice , though , moved us and apologized with no problem. Loved the ground being coffee machine in the lobby.Though that's awesome. My fault for not looking at first.But there is no pull or hot tub , had I known that looked it up , I would not have stayed there. Overall, the place was nice.”
